At all times, to keep the clinic/beauty salon organized, clean, and attractive to customers.

To oversee the clinic/beauty salon sales team and other staff members. This includes supervising employees, delegating tasks, evaluating employee performance, managing staff problems, and designing work schedules.

Oversee the clinic’s/beauty salon's inventory by maintaining stock and purchasing new supplies as needed.

To greet incoming customers, answer phone calls, and address customer complaints. When customers are ready to check out, assistant outlet managers supervise the cashier to complete sales and collect payments.

To achieve assigned target and goals set by company.

Ensure cohesive and harmonious working environment at all level in order to achieve Staff Retention rate.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year proven experience in managing a clinic/beauty salon or similar role

Knowledge of the best practices for running a clinic/beauty salon

Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace

Sales oriented and customer focus

Professionalism, independent and initiative with strong self-motivation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin

Positive thinking and attitude

Ability to establish effective policies and procedures, and maintain high service delivery standards

Key Responsibilities

Manage existing product portfolio

• Develop and implement pricing, distribution and promotion strategy.
• Continuously monitor and analyze financial and quality performance of the product portfolio and
• initiate improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate changes of existing products with sales, engineering and customers.
• Track and analyze competitor activities and develop adequate strategies and tactics for local counter measures.
• Provide yearly budgetary input for existing products (Capex) and new product introductions (Capex and paper sales)

Develop and introduce new products

• Research Ranpak and competitor performance, customer and reseller needs, trends etc.
• Identify market trends, needs and segments and prepare / present business cases as input for
• roadmap and NPI prioritization
• Manage NPI process and coordinate alpha and beta testing.
• Prepare, launch and roll out products with all collateral material competitive and training and promotion.

Key Profile

• Bachelor level in marketing, business and/or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant product management experience in related trade
• Familiar with the indirect business model and distribution channel of paper packaging industry
• Assertive, communicative and outgoing, dynamic and curious
• High cognitive ability
• Innovative attitude and active contributor in developments.
• Proven skills as project leader.
• Strong experience in managing diverse stakeholders

Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a variety of projects. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and ensure all project requirements and objectives are clearly defined
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate project teams and assign tasks to team members
• Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are on schedule and within budget
• Identify and manage project risks, making necessary adjustments to mitigate potential issues
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and involved
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and analyse project performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement as needed
• Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas of improvement for future projects
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all project files are accurately updated and organized

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechanical/civil/structural engineering with 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Good skills in using MS Office application, AUTOCAD and SolidWorks.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or construction setting
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction processes
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work activities.
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification in project management is a plus.
• Familiar with relevant WSH certification courses for commercial and industrial areas.
• Familiar and experience in ISO certifications
