ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be providing leadership and direction to the multiple apparel sourcing development teams in country who are responsible for building strong vendor partnerships, ensuring that all products are developed on time and in line with the brand’s creative and strategic direction. • Manage vendor partnerships in the region, to support the product development processes of the brands while optimizing performance across the category
• Co-create (with product supply hub and country leadership) and drive execution against seasonal and longer term vendor strategies for Apparel in region
• Plan & optimize apparel team resource allocation in your region and ensure the team is fully aware of their respective roles & responsibilities
• Enhancing and advocating for vendors’ capabilities and use of new technologies, to drive innovation of process and product
