About the Role:

As the manager of APAC-TSC (Technical Support Centre), he is responsible for formulating, enforcing and supporting in the countries of the APAC region for all repair services / technical issues. The contents of support include introduction of repair service & field service, understanding of service level (quality / cost improvement / WIP management) in BC, business improvement, and various problem solving. POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provide clinical operation support to the local team as needed.
