HR Manager Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Manage all statutory requirements, notarization, and corporate governance compliance, including local and international regulations (e.g., data privacy), ACRA filings, and AGM organization. Collaborate with legal counsel on legal documents and monitor regulatory changes.
• Corporate Communications: Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies, managing communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, websites, whistleblowing platform). Liaise with regional and global teams and facilitate communication between leadership and employees.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on corporate initiatives, communication campaigns, and legal/regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate records and prepare presentations for senior leadership on these matters.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in legal coordination, corporate governance, or corporate communications, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory requirements, and best practices in corporate communication.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, particularly ACRA requirements and corporate governance practices.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
