· Circulate invoices to Production/Subcon for invoice verification/approval

· Liaise with Procurement or PR requestor on any discrepancies/issue

· Ensure all details in invoices are correct and in order and perform invoice matching

· Prepare payment for invoices

· Perform monthly Creditor's Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation and RNV report Reconciliation

· Prepare Accrual Listing for month end closing

· Prepare invoices to client, and backcharge invoices to subcontractors

· Update collection and prepare milestone reports

Job Requirement:

· Diploma in Accounting or A levels with working experience.

· At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.

Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for the delivery of advertising sales revenue target across NBCUniversal portfolio. Essential Responsibilities:

• To embody the NBC Universal’s values and act as brand ambassador across market portfolio.
• To consistently deliver executional excellence, digital innovation, and high client servicing in the region.
• Drive and strategically direct the relevant rep relationships in market.
• To identify and deliver new client revenue streams and maximize client retention for NBCUniversal Portfolio.
• To work with the in-house Catalyst team to ensure proposals offer best practice with targeted, bespoke and accountable solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the clients’ businesses and advertising/communication needs.
• To source for new clients and develop new advertising categories to continually improve market share.
• To develop and implement strategic market plans to achieve the sales targets.
• Consistently service client and agency relationships such that NBC Universal are top of mind and on the consideration set for all suitable campaigns.
• To develop and sell creative solutions across TV, digital and events that stand-out from the competition.
• Evangelise the content partnership successes and develop award winning solutions in response to client content needs.
• To manage and limit cost of sale expenditure in client packages.
• To undertake accurate and timely revenue forecasting and reporting as required for NBC Universal Management.
• To manage Salesforce entries, from fielding lead enquiries to pitch & closed/won entries.
• To liaise with Finance & clients, to faciliate billing/invoicing questions.
• To work with ASR team on Deal Reviews & contract work.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3-5 years of media sales experience.
• Results-oriented with proven track record.
• Experience managing accounts and delivering strong year on year growth in sales and margin.
• Experience of selling multi-platform solutions, including TV, Digital, Integration, Events & Research.
• Strong digital expertise with knowledge and understanding of digital sales and campaign amplification.
• Ability to demonstrate previous examples of outstanding campaign-winning creativity.
• Strong understanding of branded content across TV & digital.
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of English required.
• Experience of working in an international environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Oversee and organize all billing tasks, working with internal departments to address billing-related inquiries.
• Produce invoices daily for new customers and monthly for recurring customers, ensuring consistent revenue and accurate billing.
• Complete daily reconciliation of e-payments, matching them to individual invoices to prevent accounts discrepancies.
• Respond to billing questions from customers, providing prompt and effective assistance to maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• GCE N Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and accounting system.
