Job Description:

• Manage project from estimating/bidding, detailing, product purchasing, delivery, scheduling, installation, and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Working closely with the larger facilities team, consultant and other specialists to ensure that project deliverables are met.

• Supervises a significant number of contractors (Including permanently stationed outsourced personnel) engaged in construction, renovation and repair projects on Campus buildings, structures, grounds and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Develop and coordinate promotional as well as collateral materials like brochures, videos, binders and trade show graphics etc.
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Reporting & Operation

- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;

- Prepare monthly financial, management reports and audit schedules for subsidiary;

- Checking on the only subsidiary’s financial reports, simple Consolidation of accounts of one wholly owned subsidiary and ensure compliance with accounting standards;

- Support in financial reporting and audit processes

- Manage cashflow, liaise with banks on banking transactions;

- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions;

- Support the operational teams in maintaining strong relationships with co-workers in overseas.

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superiors

Qualification of Accounts Executive

- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

- At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance;

- Strong understanding of accounting principles;

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and remote manage the oversea operation teams;

- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

- Hands-on experience in cloud accounting systems such as UBS System would be an advantage.
