• Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations
• Provide project reports on a regular basis for effective communication
• Provide support for the operational activities and project phase reviews
• Conduct project reviews with the project team and site management on a regular basis
• Provide support for product costing and financial assessment of the project
• Provide feedback and support for identification of training / development requirements of project team members
• Provide support for the annual budget preparation and project capital
• Monitor project expenses in line with the approved project budget
• Provide support for preparation of monthly Managerial reports
• Ensure smooth transfer of project knowledge and technology from engineering to production
• Ensures all activities, equipment and facilities comply with site cGMP, Health, Safety and Environmental policies

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of experience with relevant industry experience working in a highly regulated environment such as Life Sciences
• Effective communication, presentation and documentation skills

Requirements：

* Proven work experience or similar role

* Proven customer service experience as a manager

* Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

* Acute financial management skills
