Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable functions, including vendor invoice processing and preparation of bank transactions.
- Support accounts receivable activities such as client billing, preparing statements of accounts (SOA), recording collections, and managing receivables.
- Contribute to the preparation of GST schedules, audit schedules, and other financial reports.
- Handle monthly journal entries and maintain the fixed assets register.
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support for various day-to-day accounting functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- 6 Months Contract, Completion Bonus provided (Maternity Cover)
- Prefer someone able to start at end of Dec 2024
