Job Description:

a. Handle full set of accounts AR, AP, GST F5 submission and tax computation/filing for a group of companies

b. Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliation

c. Manage debtors’ control to ensure timely collection of trade receivables

d. Prepare monthly closing reports, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements

e. Liaise with Sales department with regards to invoicing and collection matters

f. Review payments to suppliers (local and overseas)

g. Ensure compliance or financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations

h. Monitor working capital and support the business unit in budgeting and planning

i. Responsible for quarterly stock take and half-yearly fixed asset sighting

j. Assist in foreign workers work pass application, cancellation and renewal

k. Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit

• Responsible for ensuring that both CAG Employers Information

• Requirements (EIR), LTA Exchange Information Requirements (LTA EIR) and Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) are implemented on site.

• Responsible for ensuring the capability of Contractors & sub-contractor BIM team are within the EIR documents & to the BEP.

• Responsible for ensuring that all related infrastructure and facilities are

• coordinated in BIM Model before commencement of actual works on Site.

• Responsible for ensuring that all Shop Drawings/Construction drawings are coordinated & updated in BIM Models before commencement of actual works on Site.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects.

• Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.

• Possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.

• Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.

• Possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.
