Lead assigned team(s) in the development for an assigned portfolio of brand(s), with a view to ensuring a salient and differentiated positioning is developed in the various channels, in conjunction with upgrading the portfolio, where required, through packaging and/or formulation. Analyze industry trends, forecast market development and develop marketing plans to increase brand sales and profitability.

Job Description:

1. Outline the broad strategic framework necessary to achieve profitable long-term growth for assigned group of brand(s). Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of responsible brands.
2. Develop and establish policies and objectives consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation of team.
3. Ensure effective control of marketing results and adopt necessary corrective action to ascertain marketing objectives are met within designated budgets.
4. Oversee the execution of marketing programs; allocate marketing programs budget and ensure programs are delivered within budget. Anticipate issues and define alternatives to achieve success.
5. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators that reflect brand health performance in the market, respond and implement revisions to marketing strategies which impact on brand success, as appropriate.
6. Review market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directions.
7. Support the strategic planning and budgeting processes of the sales teams with market share performance metrics.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Principals, internal teams, senior management and external vendors to coordinate joint programs and initiatives, including promotions, marketing messages and collaterals.
9. Participate in the preparation of budgets; collect and analyze data in support of effective forecasting of expenditures; develop justifications for budgetary recommendations.
10. Recommend changes in organization and structure of marketing team to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to respond swiftly in relation to marketing threats and opportunities.
11. Perform other administrative supervisory functions including monitoring and evaluating staff performance, establishing work priorities, interviewing, hiring and provide for the training and development of staff.
12. Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

At least 8 - 10 years of progressively responsible management experience in a marketing environment.

Prior industry experience preferred.

Successful track record in developing and executing marketing projects for brand portfolio.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including agencies and freelance creative talent.

Manage and control daily work activities at Mechanical and Electrical project sites of Fusion Engineering & Services Pte Ltd at various locations in Singapore (Construction and plant maintenance work). Applicant should be well versed in reviewing contract documents and submitting quotations with a proactive approach

2. Applicant shall implement safe work practices at the job site to work towards Zero LTI

3. Applicant should have sound experience in managing manpower and execution of project sites

4. To work closely with the owner, client, sub-vendors, main contractors, and suppliers

5. Manage and Execute the project activities including Quality to ensure that the project is completed according to the planned schedule

6. The Project Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that the project execution is according to the project Safety and quality requirements

7. To maintain project documentation at all phases of construction

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.

- Experience in the construction/process plant industry.

Mon - Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Saturday: 7.30am to 11.30am
