• Location : Central - Henderson Road / Jalan Bukit Merah (5 Mins Walk from Nearest MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + Performance bonus + 10 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Verify suppliers’ invoices and prepare for payments
• Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured and all payments are properly supported and approved according to corporate policy
• Preparation of month end schedules and reconciliation
• Maintain and update financial and administrative records

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least one year of experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
