• Handling full AP & AR
• Ensure timely payment for AP
• Uploading suppliers’ invoices to accounting system
• Tally DO with PO with tax invoices
• Prepare weekly cash outflow
• Preparation of AR & AP month end reports
• Provide SOA to clients for payment
• Laison with clients for overdue payment for collection, working with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies if any
• Generate invoices to clients
• Monitoring AR ageing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AP/AR
