• Implement and maintain robust systems, policies, and internal controls to achieve excellence. Assist in internal auditing the accuracy, completeness of the documents and records (i.e. SOW, Invoices, payroll information, contract, etc).
• Manage the monthly processing and checking of time-sheets, payroll and reimbursement for billable project employees within the stipulated timeline.
• As and when required, lead/manage the end-to-end process in setting up overseas entity(ies) covering local taxation and regional labour laws etc. of overseas subsidiaries.
• Govern the activities related to company secretarial services as and when needed.
• Miscellaneous transactions to be managed as and when needed: ESOP, Tax optimisation, valuations, project costings, government grants, ESG reporting, internal IT system improvements/implementations, cross border transactions i.e. withholding tax, transfer pricing etc.
• Last but not the least, work with agility as a management lead catalyst for the growth of the business in an ever-changing environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a team management role. Experience in the IT services industry is highly desirable.

Scope of work:

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. He establishes operational standards and procedures for the organisation and drives the adoption of technologies for enhancing productivity and effectiveness of pest management operations.
