Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• At least 04 years project and construction management experiences in the direct management of real estate projects of varying sizes, complexities and across multiple markets (retail, residential, commercial, industrial etc).

We are M&E Contractor company looking for Accounts Executive for our in-house Accounting Function and projects administrative work. Candidates with full set reporting exposure preferred but not a must.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Involve in AP/AR/GL activities and responsible for timely closing of monthly accounts, and yearly closing.

- Prepare/assist monthly cash flow report, management report, and supporting schedules timely, project budget review, variance analysis, cash flow forecast report, and any ad-hoc report.

- Assist with retrieving key information or number consolidation work.
