• Meets assigned targets for sales and other strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Identifies accounts’ capital project landscape early and drives the qualification efforts to establish a best-fit project pursuit pipeline
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, pipeline development, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating necessary involvement of relevant stakeholders.
• Supports the qualification process of potential new accounts to bring into Endress+Hauser’s strategic account portfolio.

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering or related studies (Electrical, Chemical Mechanical or Process)

· Work Experience in MNC and similar industry will be an advantage

· At least 10 years of relevant industrial experience

· Experience in a dynamic work environment

· Knowledge of relevant products and industries

· Technical knowledge of process automation and instrumentation

· Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

• Monitor day to day progress of scaffolding erection, modification, re-erection,dismantling activities for the project.
• Carrying out site supervision of erection, re-erection,modification and de-staging activities.
• Monitor and update daily activities & progress and manpower reports and feedback any lacks to Director.
• Responsible for daily and weekly plan for call activities.
• Close coordination with foremen/subcontractor/ scaffolder for manpower, equipment and resources.
• Monitor, anticipate possible shortage of materials.
• Plans weekly progress and record the percentage achieved.
• Keeps records of work done.
• Responsible to promote and maintain Quality and Safety.
• Responsible to ensure the "Standard and Procedures" for each discipline are known to all team members and strictly adhered to.
• Gather and study all data/ information for the projects such as scope of works,client specifications and project schedules.
• Ensure that all safety requirement and regulation are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years supervision and management experience in the field of scaffolding out of which at least 7 years as operations Manager
• Must have at least 5 years experience of working in projects in onshore oil andgas construction and Maintenance. projects as Scaffolding Supervisor or manager.
• Possess Class 3 Driving license.
• Building Construction Safety Course for Supervisors.
• Oil/Petrochemical Industry Safety Course for Supervisors.
• Risk Management Course (bizSAFE level 2)
• Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Course.
