Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Responsible for prepare and maintain full set of accounts which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable function, bank reconciliation, for all group companies.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions, corporate tax filling for all group companies.
• Prepare monthly Group Consolidation Financial Report and reconcile intercompany balances across subsidiaries.
• Complete month-end closing activities in timely manner.
• Review and analyse monthly financial data and provide actionable insights to
• management.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for internal billing matters.
• Ensure effective internal control processes and the integrity of financial.
• Design and document SOPs for key financial processes.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax authority and bank when is required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or any
• equivalent academic background.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Consolidation experience will be advantageous
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Yon You) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
• Issuing invoices and credit notes
• Follow up on customers' overdue accounts
• Verifying and processing supplier invoices and petty cash claim
• Prepare payment via various modes

• Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliation

Job Description

• Handling of accounting functions inclusive but not limited to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain cash book, petty cash and prepare payments
• Liaise with Project Managers and to update project status to ensure bilings to clients are on time and align wiht project milestones
• Process Employee claims (Medical, Travel and etc.)
• Assist with GST submission
• Liaise with auditor &tax agent for financial reporting documents
• Assist in banking-related matters
• Processing payroll via HRMS system
• and any other assigned accounting related duties

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
• Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
• Familiar with Payroll software such as Xero

Roles & Responsibilities

· Update invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

· Reconciles records employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

· Maintenance of worker payroll including the calculating of CPF and generating of payslips

· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are paid on timely basis

· Preparing checks, deposits.

Requirements:

· Need to work from 1pm to 830 pm daily to meet staff who started work after 6pm for their payroll issue

· Experience as accounting executive

· Knowledge of Payroll is advantages

Job Description:

• Handling of suppliers invoices and staff claims for processing and recording into the system
• Processing outgoing payments such as issuing cheques, telegraphic transfer & GIRO
• Managing the petty cash fund
• Maintaining the schedule for monthly office rental for Advisory Groups & Departments
• Filing & scanning of expense documents (payment voucher with invoices & claims)
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely suppliers transaction payments
• Passing of monthly journal entries (in regards to all accounts payable transactions)
• Updating the cash book
• Reconciling the monthly bank statements
• Provide support in month end closing

Requirements:

• Certificate in Accountancy preferably with 2 years working experience.
• Positive disposition with good working attitude.
• Meticulous, good team player and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written;
• Experience in Globe3 system and with good EXCEL skills will be preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in other MS Office application.
