Job Description

• Issue invoices upon receipt of instructions from operations using Acumatica
• Process GIRO collection/ Bank in cheques/ receive cash and issue receipts accordingly
• Preparing month end journals and data entry through Acumatica
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and tax schedules, including aging report
• Conduct surprise cash count
• Perform income audit
• Attend jackpot duties
• Ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min a diploma or relevant accounting certificate
• At least 1 year of experience in similar function
• Good in Excel and meticulous in numbers
• Good communications skills
• Proficiency in MS office
