• Min Bachelor’s degree
• Min 5 years of accounting and HR admin experience
• Proficient in Advance Excel is a requirement

The are looking for a position of Accounts Executive to be part of their Finance Team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Report to and support Finance Manager in all financial matters;
• Data entries and administrative works for business units.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Accounting
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in engineering or construction industry preferred;
• Highly organized with excellent time management and scheduling skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Has of Companies (Account payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Data entry and invoice processing including credit control and collections
• Handle banks reconciliation and other bank-related matters
• Follow on payment status and prepare statements of accounts to vendors & customers
• Handle and disbursement of petty cash claims
• Preparation for quarterly GST submissionndle accounts for LexBuild Group
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) on all related matters
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting
• Maintain an efficient and systematic filling system
• Handle inventory costing and perform stock take.
• Any other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
