Location: Near Tai Seng MRT Station

Employment Type: Six-month temporary contract (maternity cover), with potential for extension

• Check used car purchase & sales folder for payment, documentation, approval, remarks, etc
• Assist to process ownership transfer of vehicles and de-registration of vehicles
• Issue invoice for used cars sold
• Assist in preparation of monthly journals
• Other tasks as & when assigned

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Working days : 5.125 days per week

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 0900 hrs to 1815 hrs

Fridays: 0900 to 1800hrs

1 Saturday per month 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable process.
• Prepare and issue invoices, packing lists, credit notes, and debit notes using the MYOB accounting software to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and process customer purchase orders (PO) efficiently, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Regularly update and maintain records, suggesting improvements and enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
