Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with proven experience in the finance, healthcare, and public sectors. Your expertise in presales, client delivery, and achieving successful outcomes will be critical to our team's success. Ideally you will have 15+ years of experience in Presales, consulting, and Business Development.

You will excel in conducting presales assessments of key client processes, effectively documenting “as-is” and “to-be” workflows. Your ability to design and present integrated automation solutions to potential and existing clients will set you apart. Additionally, you will play a vital role in identifying process gaps and addressing missing scenarios during the presales phase. Strong forecasting skills will further enhance your capabilities in this position.

Once our proposals are accepted, you will take charge of their implementation. This includes meticulous effort and resource planning, proactive management of risks and issues, accurate project progress reporting, and effective escalation management. Your skill in tracking project actuals against the budget, analyzing variances, and providing necessary mitigations will be crucial to the success of our projects and programs. Key tasks and responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to automate processes and integrate systems.
• Identify gaps and improvements to current internal processes and documentation and delivered a transformation action plan and continuous improvement strategy.
• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

• Managing delivery of the project according to “the plan” and highlight and manage potential deviations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience as a program/project manager in the enterprise automation space preferred (RPA, Low code / No code)

• Driven and strategic with a strong operational/ implementation background and good business acumen
