1. Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.

2. Support other day-to-day administrative/operational matters.

3. Preparation of GL journals, accruals and prepayments.

4. Control account reconciliations (all Bank accounts and AR/AP/Expense/Petty cash ledgers)

5. Preparing invoices & statutory taxes payable.

6. Checking expense claims and processing payments.

7. Monthly balance sheet & P&L analysis.

8. Resolution of ad hoc management accounting queries.

9. Liaise with auditors and tax consultants on statutory compliance where necessary.

10. Key liaison points for all finance matters and queries by management team and auditors.

11. Works on payroll.

12. Other finance/administration ad-hoc work assigned.

13. Ensure all KPI target is achieve.

14. Support production and quality department in resolving in resolving all technical issues of the products and make disposition on products e.g. feasibility analysis of product usage for customer.

15. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.

16. Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.

17. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

Job Description

• Perform day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities including preparing payment
• Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on daily basis, including checking of petty cash reimbursement with supporting documents and travelling claims with proper approval.
• Ensuring all supplier’s invoices are supported by purchase orders and goods receipt notes if any and they are correctly approved, and coded before input into the accounting system.
• Daily accounting duties including AR / AP functions, including preparation of monthly journal vouchers to be reviewed by the Senior Accounts Officer including inputting of all accounting entries to the accounting system
• Attending to Creditors’ enquires
• Support audit-related activities
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
• Data entry and assisting with administrative support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes :-

• Raise invoices
• Raise journals
• Input of invoices and payment of invoices

• Monthly Management Reports
• GST preparation and submission

· Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.

· Preparation of Audit Schedules

· XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements

· Assist in internal and external audit
