Finance and Accounting:

Assist in preparation of journals for month end closing

Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive reports to the Finance Manager. He does work that is about accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll and other accounting tasks. The Finance Executive is responsible for managing Accounts Payable, monitoring inventory items, and overseeing Purchase Orders.

- Handle Partial Accounts, Including Transaction Under AR/AP to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Process and handles Debtors and Creditors billings and payments related matters
- Prepare monthly staff claims
- Handling communications with clients and vendors for accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with procurement and liaising with vendors
- Assist with preparing and collating financial reports and schedules
- Assist in accounts department documentations
- Assist in updating Annual leave and MC
- Any other ad-hoc admin and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Minimum Tertiary Education
- 2-3 years related working experience
- General understanding of Sales and Projects processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with MYOB knowledge and accounts related certification
