About the role
Join the dynamic team at Pivene Pte. Ltd. as an Accounts Assistant/Executive. In this full-time position based in Pasir Panjang, Central Region, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions. With your expertise in small practice accounting, you will contribute to the financial success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the monthly closing of financial accounts
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents to address financial matters
• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable reports to ensure accuracy
• Perform bank reconciliation and handle GST filing and submissions
• Address clients inquiries, issue invoices, and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments
• Review, verify, and post receipts with precision
• Assist in financial reporting and provide support for internal audits
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts assistant or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small practice or SME environment
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous, proactive, and self-motivated with a keen eye for details
• Familiarity with Singapore's accounting regulations and tax requirements
