This position is primarily responsible for managing daily financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. As an Accounts Executive, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations and support financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Handle and reconcile invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Review retail transactions, inventory management, and other related financial operations.
• Monitor company accounts and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Participate in the optimization and upgrade of the company’s financial systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in Excel and financial software.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
