Purpose and Scope

• Provide Retail Operations Billing, Customer Fulfilment and Collection Support for the Commercial Business.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize business processes for the Retail Operations team using digital systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Billing, Customer Fulfilment and Collection operation support for the Commercial Business.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize business processes by analyzing and evaluating existing processes and challenges.
• Perform analysis of the business processes related to productivity, efficiency, quality, costs, and time management.
• Review and update procedures and policies to support billing, sales, and metering requirements. Prepare management progress reports, feedback, and suggestions to all stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and documentation.
• Manage and support new billing system projects to optimize business processes, including project implementation, post implementation, system stabilization and monitoring phase to ensure project objectives are met.
• Team leader for operational functions such as billing operations, customer support or collections.

Qualifications & Experience

• Min a Degree Holder.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience in the energy or utilities industry, playing a crucial role in managing the billing and collection operations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in business process improvement and project management and implementation preferred.

Preferred Skills & Characteristics

• High proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics), Power BI, process mapping and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and comfort in working with numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this generalist role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR, with a focus on HR Development, Performance/Talent Management, Engagement and Administration for a start.
2. Partner Business Units to advise stakeholders and support in relevant HR matters such as developing in-house courses, administering training budget and external course registrations, managing annual performance and talent review exercises etc.
3. Support in reviewing and updating of HR policies. Keep abreast of HR regulations and best market practices, to recommend enhancement of practices and streamlining of processes.
4. Plan and lead in driving employee engagement programs and events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
5. Support in maintaining HR System, ensuring accurate records and documentation. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights to support decision making and reviews.
6. Lead and manage office administration, which includes office planning, employee travel management, procurement of office stationery, equipment and other supplies etc.
7. Support in other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience from public sector will be an added advantage.
• Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act.
• A team player with strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and ability to prioritise effectively.
