Job Description:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Handle monthly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with Singapore financial policies and regulations

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Handle incorporation secretarial matters, independently, such as preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients’ companies, online submission with ACRA, annual filing, update of statutory registers and minute book etc
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Human Resources including payroll, staff claims, employment documents, leave updates, and filing
• Administration including ordering office supplies, and other ad-hoc

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Min 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good accounting skills, preferably a full set of account
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as ABSS and MYOB
• Good attitude and ability to work independently as well as a team
• Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, and willing to take up additional responsibility

Your Responsibilities: -

• Review customers’ contracts and cross-check with sales data for claim processing
• Responsible to resolve unidentified receipts, timely allocation of customer payment & account reconciliation
• Full range of account AR/AP
• Maintain financial records and accounts
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct monthly AR review with Commercial and send SOA to customers

You will need: -

• Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Proven experience with SAP and BI Reports.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for efficient and effective handling of large data volumes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform Data Entry
• Assist in AR/AP functions such as Billing, preparation of payments and invoicing
