Job description

- Bookkeeping and preparation of management accounts for clients on a monthly or annual basis.

Account Collector Role

An Account Collector recovers overdue payments on accounts. Account Collectors track debtors down by phone, digitally, or mail and assist them to make payments by negotiating repayment plans and encouraging them to find alternative payment solutions. Also known as a Collections Agent or Collections Specialist.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Account Collector to recover late payments on our accounts. Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee Test Engineering team to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production

· Lead and implement PXE Server configuration for the products

· Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process

· Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process

· To liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation and maintenance

· To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement

· Actively participate in the Kaizen activities

· To update the test program master list & tracking

· Craft and update Working Instruction

· To provide training over W/I to production

· To support the NPI Process

· To support production on the mass run

· Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance)

Requirements:-

· Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline with min 5 years relevant experience in Server / Rack/ Manufacturing environment

· Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors

· SAP & Linux knowledge

· Able to multi-task & work under pressure

· Good understanding of test methods and concepts

· Knowledge of programming and debugging skills

· Proven experience in tracking and analyzing both online and offline issues to develop improved testing strategies and implement measures for enhancing product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Team and Operations Oversight:

• Assist the Department Head in supervising a team to ensure smooth operations and achieve organisational objectives.
• Maintain an effective internal control framework.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including bank reconciliation and account analysis.

Policy and Process Management:

• Evaluate and refine policies and processes for compliance and productivity improvement.
• Drive changes in finance operations to meet evolving business needs.
• Stay updated on technological advancements in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) systems, implementing best practices.

Investigations and Audits:

• Investigate abnormalities detected by data analytics and report findings.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, internal divisions, and vendors on payment-related matters.

Project Management:

• Lead process simplification and standardisation initiatives.
• Participate in technology-driven projects such as Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics.
• Contribute to the development, migration, and enhancement of financial systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and system implementation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong knowledge of GST and Withholding Tax.
• Audit experience is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
