Role Description of Accounts Executive:

• Generate and issue sales invoices on a daily basis.
• Maintain a daily log for invoices and payments.
• Update daily records for sales and purchases, covering Physical, Paper, and Opex transactions, and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly maintenance and valuation of inventory.
• Handle monthly updates and valuation of physical fair values.
• Review and reclassify suspense accounts, ensuring accurate recording of freight costs in the system.
• Track and manage invoice due dates to ensure timely payments.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AP & GL accounting
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be a bonus

This is a full time role for an Accounts Payable located in Ubi Road. Our client is in the automotive industry. You'll be responsible for circulating suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting. You'll also prepare payments for suppliers and perform monthly reconciliations of creditors' statements of accounts.
