• Work closely with the marketing team to assist with promotion & sales campaign tracking
• Explore business collaborations opportunities
• Assist in hiring when needed
• Manage stock inventory with respective team mates

Requirement

• Able to converse in basic English and Mandarin
• Pleasant disposition and must be willing to learn
• Friendly and cheerful personality
• 5 years needed with certificate Passion in reflexology and / or massage
• Fair in customer service
• Positive attitude and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Enthusiastic

Working Day: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6pm

Salary: $2200 – $2500
Location: Pandan Road Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Payment to vendors electronically
• Payment of expenses electronically
• Processing payment via bank facilities (TR/LC)
• Support payment functions for holding company
• Creditors Reconciliation
• Assist in AR functions
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in finance department preferred
• Practical hands on experience with internet banking preferred
