  Reconciling bank statements.
  Maintaining accurate financial records.
  Preparing audit schedules and fixed asset schedules.
  Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Taxation
  Preparing tax computations for GST, which often falls under GL.
• Compliance
  Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies is a core GL responsibility.
• AP (Accounts Payable)
  Preparing and processing invoices and payments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage
• Min 1 year of experience. We welcome Fresh graduates too

Responsibilities:

• Support accounts payable functions, including processing payments, monitoring aging reports, following up on outstanding payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial data to ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Process monthly payroll.
• Maintain and organize financial documents, records, and reports.
• Conduct operational compliance checks to verify the accuracy of fundraiser information, such as ensuring bank details and supporting documents are up to date.
• Respond to financial-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing necessary financial information and assistance.
• Handle other ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned.
