Invoicing and Trade Finance Officer (Commodities)

6-month contract (may be renewable, subject to budget approval)

Responsibilities:

• Raise Purchase Orders for vendors
• Complete service entries
• Coordinate the set-up of new vendors in the RTBS and PASS SAP systems
• Administration and ownership of the Third-Party due diligence process
• Documentation of the invoicing process in both SAP systems (PASS and RTBS)
• Point of contact for account payment queries with service providers
• Develop and maintain service provider spend master file
• Spend tracking and reporting
• Monthly Site recharge
• Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- PO Management
- Invoice checking, receipting & processing
- Contract Spend Reporting
- Teams / SharePoint Site Management & Access
- Contract execution Management (Circulating contracts for execution)
- Management of the contract register
- Flag contract & rate reviews due / overdue

Key Responsiblities :

• Handle Full sets of Accounts
• Able to handle multiple currencies
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconcilation and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly Management Reports
• Quarterly GST report preparation and submission
• Monitor company's cash flow
• Support day-to-day financial and accounting work

Requirement :

• LCCI / ACCA or Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• Min LCCI or equivalent with 2 years relevant working experience
• Must be computer literate and experience with MYOB
• Able to prioritise well and capable of multitasking
• Must be meticulous and team player
• Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore.

Job Descriptions

• Process suppliers’ invoices and payments including staff claims.
• Responsible for day-to-day accounts duties including cash management.
• Daily updates of journal entries into accounting system.
• Perform reconciliations and assist in monthly reporting.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, post journal and bank entries, calculate depreciation of fixed assets and perform monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain and create new customers, suppliers and general ledger accounts in accounting system.
• Verify accuracy of AP payment, claims and petty cash reimbursements and revenues.
• Handle Material Request and Purchase Order.
• Handle queries with suppliers and staff.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years of work in Singapore’s Accounting & Finance field is preferred.
• Analytical and hands-on team player.
• Meticulous, accurate, trustworthy and able to work independently.

Summary of role requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Handling full sets of accounting.
• Prepare AP, AR, GL, monthly financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Review unaudited report and journal entries by outsourced firm
• Prepare GST reports quarterly and WHT submission monthly.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
• XERO software knowledge
• At least 2 years of experiences handling full set of accounts.
• Knowledge in WHT and GST will be a plus point.
• Able to work in a team and detailed oriented.
• Strong communication and ability wo work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounts related documentations and partial / full set of accounts
• Prepare supporting documents for payments required to be made
• Perform audit of documents and transactions and ensure everything is in order

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of Full Set / Partial Accounts Experience
