Job Summary: The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable, third-party billing, intercompany billing, and monthly reconciliation of accounts payable. Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable (AR): Process and manage incoming payments.
   Prepare and send invoices to clients.
   Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
   Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.
   
2. Accounts Payable (AP): Process and verify invoices from suppliers.
   Prepare and execute payments to vendors.
   Reconcile AP accounts on a monthly basis.
   Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
   
3. Third-Party Billing: Manage billing processes for third-party clients.
   Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.
