The Role

The primary responsibility of the AP Analyst is to manage the accounts payable process end to end driving high quality, strong controls and financial discipline. The role includes processing incoming invoices from global suppliers, recording accounting entries, instructing payments and managing internal and external relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Accounts Payable process including the booking of entries, verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents, and issuing payment, ensuring that local GST is properly accounted for

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Accounts Assistant is responsibile for handling various accounting functions with a primary focus on accounts payable, regulatory authority reconciliation, vendor payments, financial reporting, and supporting audits.
