Applicant willing to work at Kaki Bukit 5 days working hours 8.30 to 6PM. In addition to handling full sets of accounts, able to take on additional administrative responsibilities, submitting quarterly GST and daily operational tasks. Compile daily and monthly reports to China. Candidate with good skills in Microsoft Excel and words, interested in working cohesively in a vibrant environment will find the job challenging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and processing invoices
• Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Assist in the processing of employee claims and expenses
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
• Reconcile bank statements and perform necessary financial reconciliations
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (experience in retail or jewellery industry is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
