• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an accounting services or corporate services firm
• About to write and speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle partial set of accounting including data entry.
• Handle full spectrum of invoicing.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR), including tracking payments, following up on outstanding invoices and prepare statement of accounts.
• Liaise with internal departments and external party regarding payment matters.
• Process E-Claim for staff
• Assist the Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Assist in various ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
• Qualifications:
• GCE “O” level/higher Nitec/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting with related experience.
• At least 2 year of experience in an accounting role.
• Applicants who are pursuing studies in accountancy are also welcome
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and added advantage

Requirements:

· With accounting background

· Preferably with experience in standing accounting software. E.g Quickbooks, Xero, AutoCount, MYOB etc.

· Possess good interpersonal and communications skills

· Strong sense of teamwork, integrity & positive attitude

Job Scope

• Basic accounts receivables (AR) functions

• Handle day-to-day Customer payment Receipt data entry to SAP system

• Sorting Sales Return and entry to SAP system, Issue Debit and Credit Note

• Perform Monthly Stock Take and prepare Monthly Stock Take report

Requirements

· Minimum O Level

· LCCI/CAT/Diploma in accountancy added advantage

· Familiarity with SAP accounting software added advantage
