Knowledge, experience, competencies:

• 10 years+ relevant experience in a multi-national environment (experience financial shared services is a must)
• Knowledge of the Biotech or pharmaceutical industry including market regulation and compliance would serve as a distinct advantage
• Accounting/ Finance / Business degree or MBA
• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification is preferred - Big 4 or similar practice accounting background a distinct advantage
