PM Group Singapore is currently looking to hire a Project Manager to lead and support our client's CAPEX projects. The incumbent will be involved in handling projects within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sectors.

Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities:

• Manage project activities within the project team ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met
• Lead required operational activities for the project in line with the global project objectives defined by the project Core Team Leader
• Ensure close working relationship with the project Core Team Leaders
• Produce and manage the project strategy ensuring agreed objectives can be met
• Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations
• Provide project reports on a regular basis for effective communication
• Provide support for the operational activities and project phase reviews
• Conduct project reviews with the project team and site management on a regular basis
• Provide support for product costing and financial assessment of the project
• Provide feedback and support for identification of training / development requirements of project team members
• Provide support for the annual budget preparation and project capital
• Monitor project expenses in line with the approved project budget
• Provide support for preparation of monthly Managerial reports
• Ensure smooth transfer of project knowledge and technology from engineering to production
• Ensures all activities, equipment and facilities comply with site cGMP, Health, Safety and Environmental policies

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent

Scope of Services

The scope of the services include, but are not limited to:

• Support project officers in managing IT systems across planning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support stages, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Facilitate system onboarding to cloud platforms, manage service activations and data migration processes, and handle technical feasibility assessments of change requests.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review security and compliance reports, prepare cybersecurity documentation, and manage third-party risk assessments.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure contract compliance, report project progress to managers and stakeholders, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably having gone through at least one (1) full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Familiar with deploying and managing cloud-hosted systems across the various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Hands-on experience with system functionalities testing, GCC onboarding, data migration processes, and supporting services activations/requests.
• Experience in reviewing security hardening reports, VAPT and SCR reports.

• Skillsets :

1. Experience in Operational Technology (OT) and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
2. Relevant professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Azure/AWS/Google Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, SAN GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
3. Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) experience would be an advantage

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting function of the company (including AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, GST, CbCR, Corporate tax and reporting etc)
2. Manage all accounting requirements (including operational, statutory, management and financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting)
3. Manage and supervise a team of accounting professionals and responsible for team development
4. Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, other professional, governmental authorities, bankers, customs, customers and suppliers on matters relating to the company

6. To support Department Managers/related parties with necessary financial reports and analysis of operation performance in terms of profitability and efficiency, and play a business partnering role

8. To lead quarterly stock take and accounts-related projects
9. Review and implement improvement in internal control and processes to minimize risk exposure

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
