• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,900 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Track and document indirect material orders in the Accounts Payable (AP) system.
• Enter all indirect material invoices into the ERP system accurately.
• Execute payments to suppliers for indirect materials.
• Record journal entries for consumable inventory items.
• Log provisional expenses and similar items in the general journal.
• Generate and share reports on raw material purchases and inventory.
• Help with monthly expenditure reports and submitting data to the Economic Development Board (EDB).
• Keep the Fixed Asset Register and records for tooling and consumables current and correct.
• Calculate and report royalty payments for tax filing with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
• Participate in special projects as needed, such as inventory checks, audits, and tax-related tasks.
• Provide backup for other team members and carry out various additional duties.

• GCE "A" Level, LCCI, Diploma, or similar in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing (training provided for those without relevant experience).
• Experience with inventory management and costing.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous in ensuring preciseness and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

· Timely data entry to the accounting system and preparation of reports

· Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

· Reconcile accounting records and bank records.

· Check and follow up with payment matters.

· Liaison with Clients and suppliers and vendors.

· Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth operations.

· Manage insurance renewals including WICA, FWMI, PA & etc, follow up on on-going insurance claims.

· Assist on budget and forecasting exercises.

· Any other ad hoc tasks that assigned by the management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Accounting is preferred.

· Proactive, committed and able to work independently.

· Good communication and organization skill.

· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel).

· Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of account payables creditors' records, including IBG payment records
• Batching of AP for interco billing
• Batching of AP for fixed assets processing
• Batching of AP for prepayment
• Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to general ledge
• Running of monthly AP Aging report
• Running of AP payments twice a month and also process ad-hoc payments whenever required
• Performing accrual of revenue on monthly basis when required

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably specialized in Account Payable
• Working location: EAST
