Job Description:

• Handle a full set of accounts for the company.
• Managing the financial position of the company and directly reporting to the senior management.
• Prepare reconciliation for bank balances payables, inter-company balances etc.
• Prepare cash flow reports for management review.
• Manage cash flow and payment.
• Maintenance of capital budgeting on corporate level and engaging in daily/weekly capital budgeting meetings with senior management.
• Manage day to day accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash management and internal financial reporting.
• Review all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner to relevant suppliers. Follow-up with customers for payments due.
• Manage cash flow and monitor AP/AR.
• Manage monthly payroll processing.
• Handle petty cash.
• Reporting for GST and ensure tax compliance.
• Preparation of audit schedules and reporting.

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
• Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and principles.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve internal controls and financial efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
• Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
• Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
• Comply with Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs) for financial statements.
• Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
• Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
• Analyze costing within the organizations and prepare regular reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
• Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, SAP system
• Good understanding of Accounting standards, Tax and GST regulations
• Meticulous, Good analytical thinking skills and customer service skills
