• Managing and preparing a full set of accounts for clients’ portfolios.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports for submission.
• Preparation of individuals, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporate, and withholding tax computations for a portfolio of clients and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Handle queries from clients and IRAS.
• Able to provide high-quality service to clients.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Role Summary

The Chief Product Officer will be a key member of our executive team, driving the vision, design, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have vast experience in engineering of robust vertical software platforms, a proven track record in leading product development, demonstrating a deep understanding of the educational and science technology market, user experience design, and agile product engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

· Define and lead the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market opportunities.

· Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iteration, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

· Build, lead, and expand the Product Management and UX Design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Collaborate closely with the engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product goals are met and market feedback is incorporated into product development.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.

· Develop and manage the product roadmap, setting clear goals and milestones to guide the development process and measure success.

· Lead product delivery from ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve user experience.

· Advocate for the implementation of advanced AI technologies within product offerings, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of EdTech and SciTech innovations.

· Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights, build relationships, and promote our product vision.

Requirements for the Role

• At least 20 years’ experience in Software Engineering roles (could include development, product management, strategy, system architecture, etc) with specialisation in complex vertical platforms development
• At least 10 years of strategic leadership experience in software companies developing vertical platforms
• At least 7 years of experience running Software Quality Assurance practice, past experience driving a software engineering company through ISO 9000 certification
• Master’s degree in a natural sciences field, past scientific research or teaching experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of cutting edge AI/ML technologies and their application in educational and scientific settings
• Demonstrated analytical mindset and systematic approach to execution
• Experience with product exploration and go to market, product design, product planning and development
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy at all levels of the organization and to external partners.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience in a hyper growth tech environment is preferred
