Job Scope:

• Manage comprehensive accounting tasks, encompassing daily financial and accounting responsibilities like handling accounts receivables and payables, maintaining the general ledger, tax-related tasks, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate monthly financial reports for management reporting purposes.
• Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and a timely closure of accounts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external auditors, coordinate with the tax agent to ensure compliance with tax regulations, and uphold adherence to accounting policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• File statutory and business-related returns as mandated by local tax and legal regulations (including GST, Corporate Tax, and audit-related submissions).
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP experience is a bonus.
• Capable of following standard filing procedures.
• Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective presentation abilities.
• It is preferable if the candidate can start work immediately.

- Credit analysis including risk analysis, financial analysis, legal/structure analysis, etc.

- Draft loan applications, assessing the financial stability and creditworthiness of clients by analyzing financial statements, credit reports and other relevant data

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.:Form IR8A)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Note: Senior Executive role includes coaching, guiding and review Executive & Assistant’s work

Requirements:
