Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and flexible Receptionist Cum Admin Officer to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for handling receptionist duties and supporting the administrative functions of the office. Key Responsibilities:

· Mail and Delivery Management: Handle the sending, collection, and distribution of mails and deliveries.

· Internal System Documentation: Assist with internal system documentation and reporting.

· Staff Meal Expenses: Coordinate meal bookings, distribution, and reimbursements for staff meal expenses.

· Liaison with Corporate Secretaries: Manage relationships and communication with the company’s corporate secretaries for related tasks.

· Expatriates and Families Administration: Assist with administrative tasks related to expatriates and their families.

· Insurance Management: Oversee updates to vehicle and office insurance policies.

· Internal Legal System Exposure: Support with internal legal documentation and procedures as necessary.

· Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as required to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Requirements:

· Adaptability: Flexible and able to think on your feet in dynamic situations.

· Education: Computer literate with a tertiary education.

· Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

· Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

· Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

· To carry out the supervision and inspection of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act

· To carry out supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing and/or pre-fabrication, and ensure that works are constructed to required quality and accuracy, both onsite and at any temporary offsite locations

· Conduct functional tests and commissioning.

· Carry out defects checking and locking-up of units (for handover)

· Assist in feedback related to progress and non-compliance.

· Check on safety and housekeeping issues.

· Manage filing and recording of all project information (site reports, site photos, project information, etc.)

· Report discrepancies in contract drawings specifications or shop drawings

· Highlight technical issues unresolved at work site to the Architect/Engineers

· Assist the Quantity Surveyor in site verification of as-built / completed works

· Inspection of Workers' Quarters

· Checking of delivery orders and checking of OCS (optional component scheme)

The main duties of the RTO (during the defects liability period) shall include but not be limited to the following:

· verify that the Contractor’s defects rectification is completed satisfactorily

· monitor and track that the rectification of the defect meets the service standards set

· attend joint inspections as and when required

· any other duties assigned by your superior

Job Requirements

· The Resident Technical Officer shall be qualified and competent and possess the relevant skills, knowledge, and ability to coordinate and supervise the diversion works.

· Must be accredited RTO by the Institute of Engineers of Singapore (IES)

· Fully conversant with statutory regulations with good organization skills in maintaining site records

· Pro-active in resolving and managing site issues with good team spirit

· Minimum 5 years local experience in Industrial Building construction

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with service providers (such as cruise lines, airlines, land operators, hotel) and sending reservation requests to service providers
2. Monitor ticketing deadline and cruise, air tickets issuance, GDS tickets stock requisitions and block cabin control.
3. Interaction with cruise lines, suppliers and business partners to settle and finalize logistical requirements for cruise groups and outbound tour groups
4. Take note of special requests for seat preferences and dietary restrictions
5. Generate Group Sales (GS) and budget costing.
6. Generate Exchange Order (EO) to make payment to cruise lines, airlines and operators
7. Handle any operations-related enquiries and assist Sales Team when required.
8. Creation of tour type and tour code using in-house travel system
9. Issue travel documents to customers
10. Provide information, quotations and assistance during destination travel events, if required.
11. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Travel related studies
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel & tourism company
• Good command of English & Chinese to deal with overseas business partners.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
