Job description

• Perform work pass duties, and submit applications, renewals & cancellations.
• Process payroll & submit for IRAS, IR8A & CPF Computation.
• Follow up with foreign candidates and/or new foreign employees on relevant paperwork such as employment applications, pre-employment medical check, and other related letters.
• Provide support for call answering and administrative support.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement

• Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, particularly in Recruitment and Human Resource Business Partner roles.
• Well-versed with employment legislation, including application for foreign Work Permits/ S Passes, Employment Passes, Dependent Passes, etc
• Good analytical, time management, follow-up, and organization skill.
• A positive team player who is discreet, self-motivated, pro-active, independent, and meticulous.
• Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with International and Chinese-speaking clients.

The primary job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Organise and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with the media and the public
• Develop PR Campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Edit and update promotional material and publications
• Prepare and distribute Press Releases
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends
• Develop and enforce policies
• Schedule Shareholder Events
• Gather and Analyse data
• Manage Communication with Shareholders
• Ensure Compliance of notifications with regulatory bodies

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Tertiary Education in Communications / Journalism
• 10ys+ experience in international marketing
• Creative mind and excellent communication skills
• Project Management experience
• Practical experience with digital marketing
• Language proficiency in English, Finnish and Swedish
