Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of accounting, reporting and budgeting/forecast activities of the Group;
• Supervise cash management and financing activities;
• Oversee finance and accounting activities in all group entities;
• Design, implement and manage effective and cost-efficient finance support platform and work process to cope with business needs;

Requirement

• Establish and maintain an efficient reporting work processes to facilitate budget, forecast and performance analysis;
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis;

Requirements

• Through understanding of the PRC GAAP and IFRS;
• Member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountant is a must
• Master or bachelor degree in accounting and finance related;
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written);

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead, motivate and supervise the Project and Maintenance Team.
• Responsible for the overall project planning, cost control and project management
• Conduct site inspection prior to commencement of work
• Handle project tendering stages
• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
• Read detailed drawings, understand construction plan and knowledge of fabrication methods
• To prepare and adhere to the annual budget.
• Liaise closely with designers, contractors and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of project within budget and with good quality
• Ensure all plans/documents to landlords/local authorities are approved prior to commencement of work
• Manage the day-to-day progress of works on site and resolve all contractor/vendor and building facility management coordination issues
• Attend regular site meetings and inspections
• Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
• Monitor quality and contractor/vendor performance through supervision, regular inspection and snagging
• Ensure work performed on-site comply with the local authority requirements
• Enforce site safety procedures, identify and manage risks arising from the workplace or work process
• Conduct final verification and quality audit for all completed contractor/vendor’s work
• Conduct and complete progressive final snagging and defects clearance
• Work closely with Ops Team on timely projects handover
• Management of post construction issues with Ops Team, consultants, contractors, vendors and relevant authorities and ensure timely rectification
• To assist in the development and management of strategic plans and program initiatives to meet the goals and needs of the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• NTC / Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, process engineering or related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the food industrial sector, (e.g.foodcourt and coffeeshop project and reinstatement works)
• Proven record in managing and leading a Project/Maintenance Team

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Officer to contribute to the design and simulation of high-efficiency DC-DC converters and RF power amplifiers.

This role involves working on innovative solutions in the field of analog/RF/power management IC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation and testing of DC DC converters and other related analog/mixed signal ICs. Development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, verification and measurements.
• Design state of the art DC DC converters that include op amps, comparators, bandgap, low-drop linear regulator, ADCs, switching power stage, etc
• Design of high power-efficiency RF power amplifiers
• Prepare research papers/reports/technology disclosures, etc

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in IC design or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in IC design/Electronics
• Familiarity with Analog/Power Management/RF IC design and Cadence software
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Cadence, Python or Matlab
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions within strict timelines
• Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills

Warehousing Duties

• Assist your manager with day-to-day operations
• Keep warehouse clean & organized
• Receive, check & sort incoming deliveries
• Maintain records of all incoming & outgoing deliveries
• Stock take & update inventory
• Restock goods when supplies are low
• Prepare outgoing delivery orders & requested goods
• Coordinate shipments with internal & third-party logistics providers
• Load & unload goods safely
• Report any damages to cargo/vehicles immediately
• Manage complaints/queries professionally & report unresolved issues promptly
• Execute operations independently as per SOP & provide progress updates
• Administrative duties & other matters as required

If required during peak periods:

• Tag along with logistics team (no driving, only assist with delivery/collection)
• Photograph & update trackers after deliveries
• Set-up & teardown at event venues
