Job Summary: The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable, third-party billing, intercompany billing, and monthly reconciliation of accounts payable. Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable (AR): Process and manage incoming payments.
   Prepare and send invoices to clients.
   Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

2. Accounts Payable (AP): Process and verify invoices from suppliers.
   Prepare and execute payments to vendors.
   Reconcile AP accounts on a monthly basis.

3. Third-Party Billing: Manage billing processes for third-party clients.
   Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.
   Resolve any billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
   
4. Intercompany Billing: Handle billing transactions between different entities within the organization.
   Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of intercompany transactions.
   Reconcile intercompany accounts regularly.
   
5. AP Monthly Reconciliation:Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable.
   Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
   Prepare reports on reconciliation status and findings.
   

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with intercompany billing and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of industry-specific billing practices.

Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for partial set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
