Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or other relevant professional certification. Professional qualification such as CAT or ACCA is an added advantage.

· Candidate should have at least 1-3 years of working experiences in finance & accounting role

· Audit experience is an added advantage.

· Experience in financial and management reporting background with F&B and/or retail related business coupled with audit experience in accountancy firms is a plus.

Description

With this role we have a unique opportunity to build and shape Apple’s Growth Accounts Ads team. This segment of clients is exciting and requires best-in-class partnership to achieve their business aspirations. With your efforts and contributions this will become one of the highest performing and fun Growth Accounts Sales teams around. You should have a real passion for helping small and medium businesses succeed, have very strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, resourceful, client-focused, and team-oriented, and can work independently to meet revenue and business objectives. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the ads space with performance-type advertisers and agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance media sales, including at least 3 years working with a self-serve platform.
• Excellent written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Korean as this role serves our Korean partners and marketplace, and will partner with international teams.

Responsibilities

Finance Activities

• Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of monthly journals, daily data entries and processes in the areas of Account Receivables, Account Payables, banking, month-end closing and quarterly GST reporting
• Processing of cheque and online payments
• System update of local Accounts Payable payment vouchers
• Posting and review of vendor invoices
• Reconciliation of vendor monthly Statement of Accounts & preparation of monthly payment cycles
• Monthly and weekly Accounts Receivable follow up to customers & coordination with cross functional departments
• Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet items
• Assist in monthly and year end audits, including audits for certifications such as ISO and TISAX
• Ensure proper filing of daily transactions
• Perform other finance/accounting tasks as required.

Admin Activities

• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all staff
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventories of office supplies such as stationery, printer consumables (including maintenance), and other office materials
• Purchasing & Procurement: Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment, including printers, furniture (chairs, tables, pedestals), and other office items or devices as needed
• Asset Inventory Management: Track, issue, and maintain company devices such as laptops, desktops, phones, and other electronic equipment, ensuring proper management and maintenance (including asset tagging)
• Health & Safety: Support the maintenance of a safe and compliant office environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirement

• Diploma in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while effectively prioritizing and managing time to meet deadlines.

• Strong sense of ownership, demonstrating accountability and taking full responsibility for tasks and projects assigned

Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform Data Entry
• Assist in AR/AP functions such as Billing, preparation of payments and invoicing
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing activities
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Maintain material master register
• Able to support ad-hoc assignments
• Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditors and tax agent.

Requirements:
