As part of the Accounting & Bookkeeping engagement team, you will provide accounting services to clients from various industries and sectors. You will be responsible for computing, classifying, recording and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining:

* Accounting files and financial statements;

* GST returns;

* Tax returns

You will liaise with clients to collate and compile supporting information and documents required for the financial statement preparations. In addition, you will also be involved in preparing clients' payroll and CPF submission.

REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accountancy

· At least 3 years of experience in accounting field, preferably in professional accounting firm but not a must.

· Good knowledge of small medium business accounting, hands on experience in GST.

· Familiar with QuickBook, MYOB or Xero will be added advantage.

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to fulfil NRPO's objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and needs to identify translation opportunities for robotics R&D capabilities, technologies, and IPs.

Responsible to ensure compliance with the accounts payable processes. These include AP invoices verification, payment authorisation and processing payment related to AP, reconciliation of AP ledgers, transaction validation including but not limited:

1. Perform various closing transactions each month (including SAP transactions) and prepare monthly/quarterly HQ reports.

Position Overview

Functions and Responsibilities

Responsibility

HCC is a commercial cloud platform operating in AWS and Azure with customized infrastructure to support healthcare staff and organisations. HCC enables healthcare organisations to leverage on commercial cloud services while ensuring security compliances are met. The successful candidate will perform a variety of functions, including but not limited to the following:
