What you will do for us:

- Be the visible leader and go-to expert of the Company’s Compliance function for both internal and external stake-holders, including financial services regulators

Overview and Objective of the Position

• Assist in the review of contractor's method statements and working procedures and ensure that contractor proceeds in accordance to approved method statement;
• Keep, maintain and submit daily site record on progress of works, instructions given to Contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number and visitors at site and any other significant information;
• Attend site/coordination meetings as directed;
• Prepare defects snagging list, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified;
• To ensure all the contractor’s works are in statutory compliance; *Provide full-time supervision of structural works in large building works

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of site experience in the supervision of various types of developments;
• Must be accredited with the IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC);
• Prior experience in precast construction and architectural finishes;
• Able to work overtime when required by schedule.

Job Description

The Chief Program Officer will serve as a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, playing a critical role in defining, implementing, and operationalizing the strategic vision, mission, and goals of Project WATT. As the organization’s flagship initiative, WATT represents our innovative mobile electric vehicle charging program. The CPO will oversee all aspects of WATT, ensuring seamless integration between development, operations, and external stakeholders.

The CPO will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of WATT, providing feedback to optimize service delivery and resource allocation. By strengthening strategic partnerships, guiding operational excellence, and identifying opportunities for innovation, the CPO will enhance the organization’s competitive position and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaboratively define, implement, and monitor the strategic vision, mission, and objectives of the mobile EV charging program, aligning efforts across all teams and ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Program Oversight: Lead the development, deployment, delivery, and continuous improvement of all program-related services. Ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee day-to-day operations management and coordination, ensuring seamless integration between teams and external partners. Demonstrate strong capability in integrating resources and fostering collaboration to drive program success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory agencies, strategic partners, and external vendors, to advance the organization’s mission and business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and stakeholder feedback, guiding adjustments to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Organizational Development: Supervise and provide professional development opportunities to program management staff, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Resource Optimization: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to maximize program impact, while identifying opportunities for funding diversification and cost efficiency.
• Governance Support: Work with the Executive Director to engage the Board of Directors, providing insights and updates that facilitate strategic decision-making and meaningful participation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8–10 years of leadership experience in the EV charging industry, energy solutions, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships, including experience collaborating with investors, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and impact.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes in the EV charging or energy sector.
• A strong sense of ownership, commitment, and passion for driving the project to success.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate with the manning agent to ensure the availability of qualified and competent crew following the Company’s recruitment policy, STCW, MLC, and flag state requirements.
• To ensure efficient management and administration of crew welfare and to make regular shipboard visits to ensure crew performances are on par with expectations.
• To provide assistance and data on the preparation of budget and management reporting
• To ensure timely response on any ships’ and crew members’ issue

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in business, maritime or logistics with min 2 years of relevant experience in crewing management is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
