• As an exceptional receptionist, you will greet clients and guests at our office, monitor visitor access and security, handle mail/postal and delivery matters, and answer phones to resolve inquiries or quickly refer them to the appropriate department for action.
• In charge of making sure the office is neat and tidy, buying supplies for the office and pantry, replacing or maintaining printers and copiers on time, managing the office's facilities, and handling telco issues
• As assigned, assist with all office events and carry out other ad hoc tasks.
