Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in applicants with loan applications, collaborate with business partners, and utilize external resources for referrals.
• Evaluate loan applicant eligibility and creditworthiness before proceeding with approvals.
• Efficiently process transactions such as loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, billings, repayments, and fee collections.
• Support remittance and deposit placement activities.
• Conduct AML screenings and manage pre and post-transaction handling.
• Respond promptly and accurately to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all loan files.
• Perform daily reconciliations, audit confirmations, and compile management and regulatory reports.
• Execute additional duties as required.

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. • Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
